How to update function to 4.x version.
You need to make changes to individual projects that you have created. I will suggest you to review the function migration document from 3x to 4x for upgrading your function app runtime version.
You can refer to Migrate from ASP.NET Core 3.1 to 6.0 document on the Prerequisites (Visual studio 2022) and how to update package references.
