Before starting upgrade make sure you download data upgrade tool kit from LCS and keep it one folder.

Extract  “Data Migration Toolkit for Dynamics365 Version 1.0.8.zip”.

Inside extracted folder run “DataMigrationTool.exe”. Click Enter to use default LCS cloud environment:

and IP address for whitelisting X.X.X.X

Option 2

In same way perform all other pitons.

Perform rs, dv actions. DV action will check number of records in source and target dbs. If not the same then will propose to create new publications for missing records. Answer Y

Use dv command to validate record counts

last option 9 and 10 will help you complete this upgrade.
