D365 Finance and operation

This is a new feature introduce in 10.0.38 version for ecommerce website to generate product content and description using copilot.

Note: The feature is limited to en-US locale & US-based tenants for now.

Technical details

This is the first use of Azure Open Al in Dynamics 365 Commerce. To generate text, Microsoft
connect to AOAI services and utilize their GPT-3.5 Large Language Model. For this first
release, it is connected directly to this API.

1.Add a Copilot feature to Site Builder that provides a way to generate product enrichment.
and marketing content for e-commerce websites.
This feature allows the user to:
Turn on and off content filters that restrict Copilot from mentioning certain themes (site settings)
Customize a last of tones and intended audiences of the marketing messages (site settings)

2. The user-customizable prompt is combined with a top prompt that specifies the role of GPT,
describes ts target goal, general behavior, input and output data format, and safety rules.

3. Provide key prompts to format the text using natural language (page editor)

4. Select tones and audiences specific to each marketing message (page editor)

5. Select which product information can be used to generate content: name, description, price,
attributes, or dimensions (page editor)

6. Make basic modifications to the generated content (page editor)
